About the House

A stone mansion

The museum is housed in an old, carefully restored Thassian mansion—in the heart of the mountain village of Theologos, the island's former capital.

Spanning two floors, it displays everyday objects related to agriculture and crafts: looms, textiles, traditional costumes, tools, and an oil mill—all preserved and maintained by the cultural association.
