Theologos<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Theologos is located in the south of Thassos, nestled among mountains and olive groves. For centuries, the village was the economic and spiritual center of the island\u2014its stone houses, narrow streets, and traditions still bear witness to this today. <\/p>\n

Even in ancient times, Thassos was known for its marble, wine, and gold mines. Settlers from Paros founded their colony there, and the island's wealth attracted merchants from all over the Aegean. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
